Prillinger Premium - 00135187 - Alternator

IMPORTANT NOTE! Before all work on electrical components, these must be de-energized. This means: First disconnect the ground cable (-) of the battery, then disconnect the positive cable (+). The alternator (generator) shaft must always be fixed with a suitable counter-holder (hexagon socket or multi-tooth) and the pulley nut tightened with a torque wrench (do not use an impact wrench) according to specifications (more details in the assembly information). For some pulleys, it is necessary to add shims to properly press the bearing into its seat. PLEASE NOTE THE ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS! Tightening torque: M16 x 1,5 95Nm +/- 5Nm. M27 x 1,5 152Nm +/- 17,5Nm
