PRILLINGER PREMIUM PRIMER AND RUST PROTECTION PAINT Fast-drying, lead-free zinc phosphate-containing primer for iron and steel with good corrosion protection. Corrosion protection, primer for indoor and outdoor use. Suitable for steel constructions, equipment, machines, gates, pipes, etc. Drying: - Dust dry after approx. 20 Min. at 20 °C - Touch dry after approx. 40 Min. at 20 °C - Recoatable without pre-treatment after approx. 3 Std. at 20 °C - Repairable without pre-treatment after approx. 3 Std. at 20 °C Thinning: - Brushing and rolling up to 10 % with Prillinger Premium Spritzverdünnung - Spraying and dipping up to 20 % with Prillinger Premium Spritzverdünnung Application: - Spraying (at least with 2,5 mm spray nozzle diameter), brushing and rolling not below + 5 °C Coverage: - 1 Liter is sufficient, depending on application method and layer thickness, for approx. 9,5 m² per coat Pre-treatment: - All surfaces must be free of rust, grease and impurities Filling capacity: - Can also be used as a filler for synthetic resin paints Cleaning: - For cleaning various aids such as: spray gun, brushes, paint rollers,... use Prillinger Premium Nitroverdünnung or Premium Waschnitro
