Product Description

This flanged ball is the pivot connection for a Category 3/2 three-point hitch linkage. It sits in the lower link end, allowing the implement to rotate freely on the hitch pin while transmitting draft force from the tractor chassis. A worn ball creates slop in the linkage, causing uneven implement tracking and accelerated pin wear. The flanged design seats against the link eye to maintain lateral position without additional spacers. When replacing, ensure the ball rotates smoothly in the housing and that the retaining hardware is torqued to the hitch manufacturer's specification.
