Mulching function
The mulching function on the STIHL lawnmower enables longer work without the need to empty the grass catcher. The mulching blade cuts the grass into very fine pieces, which then fall onto the turf, returning valuable nutrients and moisture to the soil.
Foldable grass catcher with fill level indicator
Thanks to the folding mechanism of the grass catcher, it can be easily opened and emptied. The side ventilation slots are directed downwards. Grass and dust that escape from the catcher are blown into the soil.
Wheels with tread
STIHL lawnmower wheels are extremely robust and durable. To manoeuvre the machine easily, the wheels are equipped with profiles that stabilise the mower's track and direction of travel.
Multi-function blade
Thanks to the special multi-function blade, the grass is gradually cut and shredded inside the housing. When using the grass catcher, the cut material is effectively transported to the catcher. When mulching, the cut, shredded grass is spread back directly onto the lawn as fertiliser, thus providing very important nutrients and moisture.

Central cutting height adjustment
Central cutting height adjustment requires no effort due to spring assistance. The selected cutting height level can be set simply and is shown on a scale.
Single guide handle
The comfortable foldable handle enables ergonomic work by allowing the single handle to be individually adjusted to the user's height. The foldable handle also makes it easier to remove the grass catcher.
Aluminium housing
