Tecumseh Products Company is an American manufacturer of hermetic compressors, small engines, and related components. Founded in 1934 in Tecumseh, Michigan, the company initially focused on refrigeration compressors. Over decades, Tecumseh expanded its expertise into small gasoline engines, becoming a prominent supplier for various outdoor power equipment and agricultural machinery. While its small engine division was sold in 2008, the brand name remains recognized for its legacy in this sector. Historically, Tecumseh produced a wide range of single-cylinder, air-cooled gasoline engines, which powered lawnmowers, snowblowers, tillers, generators, and various compact agricultural and industrial equipment. These engines were known for their robust design and widespread use in consumer and light commercial applications. Though the engine manufacturing has ceased under the Tecumseh name, many machines still operate with their original engines, requiring ongoing parts support. Partao offers a comprehensive selection of genuine Tecumseh spare parts to support the continued operation of equipment powered by these engines. Our top categories for Tecumseh include Air Filters, Alternators, Apparel, Ball Bearings, and Battery Testers, covering essential maintenance and repair components. Over 1980 genuine Tecumseh spare parts are available at Partao. Owners of older outdoor power equipment and compact agricultural machinery often seek Tecumseh parts to maintain their reliable machines. The brand's engines were widely adopted across North America and Europe, making the availability of genuine spare parts crucial for hobby farmers, landscapers, and homeowners who value the longevity of their existing equipment.
