PRO START 2824 12-24V Battery-powered starter with 12-24V voltage for starting cars, vans, boats, agricultural vehicles, generators, etc. Connected to the cigarette lighter socket in the vehicle, it keeps all circuits under voltage during battery replacement, and it is also available as a 12 V power source in emergencies.
