Ultra Clean offers a fast method for cleaning contaminated hydraulic lines by shooting a projectile through the hose or pipeline with a pneumatic launcher. The projectile removes internal contaminants such as dirt, deposits, resins, or oils. The new oil, e.g., after repair work, remains clean, thus protecting the components and preventing failures and system downtimes. Hose nozzles are inserted into the inner diameter (DN) of the hose. Hose nozzles also work with pipes, thick-walled hoses, and many coupling configurations. This is the most common nozzle design. Hose nozzles are designated "UC-H" and are colored blue for easier identification.
