Ultra Clean - UC33 - Projectiles

Ultra Clean offers a fast method for cleaning contaminated hydraulic lines by shooting a projectile through the hose or pipeline with a pneumatic launcher. The projectile removes internal contaminants such as dirt, deposits, resins, or oils. The new oil, e.g., after repair work, remains clean, thus protecting the components and preventing failures and system downtimes. • Usable for hoses and pipes • Suitable for cleaning guns UC-EL 1 1/4 and UC-HL 2 • The projectile cleans when it is pressed against the inner surface of the line, therefore the Ø of the projectile should be approx. 20% to 30% larger than the inner diameter of the line
