The Permatex 84109 Metal Weld Black Structural Adhesive, sometimes referenced as I1461, is a high-strength, fast-curing adhesive designed to bond various metals including steel, brass, aluminum, and copper. This 50ml black adhesive eliminates the need for traditional welding or brazing, offering a convenient solution for repairs. It effectively fills gaps up to 3.175 mm (0.125 inches) and achieves a functional cure in 10 minutes, with a full cure within 24 hours. The adhesive provides a robust tensile strength of up to 3000 PSI and operates efficiently within a temperature range of -54°C to 121°C (-60°F to 250°F).
