Walterscheid - 1697001 - Joint Assembly Device

The new SW41 special tool from the GKN Walterscheid service department has been developed for the assembly and disassembly of joints. Only minimal effort is required for disassembly and assembly. For wide-angle joints, the often-needed second person is no longer required. Bearing bushes are now predominantly processed in a clean environment. Individual parts are no longer lost, as is common with conventional vice assembly. All components remain conveniently stored on the work surface. Joint assemblies on shaft halves are also possible without problems. Bearing bushes can be reused without damage after disassembly. Significant time savings result from all joint disassemblies - especially when working with wide-angle joints. Connection to the compressed air system or compressor minimum 7 bar.
