Product Description

This race is the bearing track that supports the rotating drum or roller inside a baler. It provides the hardened surface on which the rolling elements travel, maintaining consistent clearance and load distribution during bale formation. Wear on the race surface produces increased radial play, which leads to vibration and uneven wrapping pressure. The original part is machined to the same internal geometry as the housing it seats into, so the bearing preload remains within the assembly specification. On replacement, clean the housing bore thoroughly and verify that the race seats flush before installing the rolling elements.
