This roller is installed inside the bale chamber of a baler. It rotates to assist in forming and compressing the crop material into a dense bale. As the roller surface wears, the bale density can become inconsistent, leading to misshapen bales or reduced throughput. This component is manufactured to the original geometry and surface finish, so it maintains the correct clearance with the chamber walls and the adjacent rollers. No shimming or modification is required during installation.
