Product Description

This finger is the drive pin that transmits torque from the feed auger to the inclined conveyor on a grain harvester header. It engages with the drive hub on the auger shaft and the driven sprocket of the conveyor, synchronizing the rotation of both assemblies. A sheared or worn finger causes the conveyor to stall or run intermittently, leading to material backup at the auger. The original part is machined to the same shear strength and fit tolerance as the factory component, so it breaks at the intended load point without damaging the hub or sprocket bores.
