This pump clutch is an original AGCO component that transmits engine torque to the hydraulic pump on the host tractor. It sits between the engine-driven pulley and the pump input shaft, engaging and disengaging pump rotation as the hydraulic system demands. A worn clutch slips under load, causing slow implement response and reduced hydraulic flow to steering and lift circuits. The original part is machined to match the factory spline engagement depth and spring preload, so the clutch engages at the correct rpm without requiring shim adjustment. On reinstallation, inspect the pilot bearing for wear and torque the mounting bolts to the specified value.
