This suction valve is installed in the cylinder head of the host tractor engine. It regulates the flow of intake air or fuel mixture into the combustion chamber, opening and closing in time with the piston stroke. A worn or carbon-fouled valve seat reduces compression, leading to hard starting and reduced power output. The original valve matches the seat angle and stem clearance of the factory cylinder head, which is required for proper sealing and valve timing.
