This satellite bearing is a component of the clutch assembly in the host tractor. It supports the planetary gear set, allowing the satellite gears to rotate freely and transmit torque from the input shaft to the output shaft during clutch engagement. A worn bearing produces a rumbling noise from the clutch housing and can cause uneven gear wear or clutch slip. As an original-manufacturer part, it is machined to the same raceway geometry and internal clearance as the original, so no shimming or adapter rings are needed during replacement. On installation, ensure the bearing is pressed squarely into its housing and that the retaining circlip is fully seated.
