AGV - B102725 - Claas Straw Deflector Plate

This sheet-metal deflector plate mounts at the rear of the threshing unit to redirect straw and chaff flow away from the cleaning shoe and toward the discharge beater. It is positioned downstream of the straw walkers and upstream of the rear hood; its curved profile controls the trajectory of material leaving the machine. A bent or worn deflector causes uneven straw distribution, which can overload one side of the walker system and increase grain loss over the sieves. The part is formed to match the original profile so that the air and material stream follows the intended path without turbulence. When replacing, transfer any rubber wear strips from the old plate and verify that the mounting holes align with the frame brackets before tightening the fasteners.
