The TRUE RMS digital clamp-on probe is suitable for various measurement tasks in the electrical engineering, industrial and service sectors. It features an LED indicator showing the voltage on the system and LED indicators for phase rotation, unipolar outer conductor check, continuity test and polarity test. Clamp-on probes without True RMS measure pure, symmetrical transitions between peaks and troughs while a True RSM device also measures loads from non-linear wave patterns. These come from equipment such as LED lighting, frequency-controlled drives, electronic controls and heating, ventilation and air conditioning systems.
