The Armrest controller has detected a low voltage signal from the primary hand throttle assembly (throttle lever No. 1). The voltage received from the hand throttle's position sensor is below the expected minimum threshold, which indicates an electrical issue such as a short to ground, an open circuit in the signal wire, or a failure within the sensor itself. This condition may cause the hand throttle to become unresponsive and trigger a 'minimum throttle' warning on the display.
