New Holland 19038 – New Holland Dosing Control Unit Dcu: Sensor supply 2 (5V internal; for urea pressure sensors) – supply voltage too low – P204C Reagent – pressure sensor – short circuit low

Issue description

The sensor supply 2, which provides 5V internal power for urea pressure sensors, is experiencing a low supply voltage. This may be caused by a short circuit low in the reagent pressure sensor circuit.

Check the cause

  1. Sensor supply 2 wiring

  2. Reagent pressure sensor connections

  3. Power supply to the Dosing Control Unit Dcu

Repair steps

  1. Inspect

Inspect the wiring for sensor supply 2 for damage, wear, or loose connections.

  2. Test

Test the voltage at the sensor supply 2 to confirm it is below the expected 5V.

  3. Check

Check the reagent pressure sensor connections for signs of a short circuit low.
