The coolant control valve is mechanically defective and is blocked open. This condition is associated with a short circuit high in the P20A3 vent valve (reductant purge control valve).

   Inspect

   Inspect the coolant control valve for mechanical damage or blockage.

   Test

   Test the P20A3 vent valve (reductant purge control valve) for a short circuit high.

   Replace

   If the coolant control valve is found to be defective, replace it with a new unit.
