The coolant control valve is mechanically defective and is blocked in the closed position. This condition is associated with a P20A0 vent valve (reductant purge control valve) open circuit.

   Inspect

   Inspect the coolant control valve for mechanical damage or obstruction.

   Test the P20A0 vent valve (reductant purge control valve) for an open circuit.
