The Supply Pump Control Valve, also referred to as the Suction Control Valve, is stuck in its current position. This condition may affect the proper operation of the pump control system.

   Inspect

   Visually inspect the Supply Pump Control Valve (Suction Control Valve) for signs of mechanical binding or obstruction.
