The hand throttle lever utilizes a dual-potentiometer setup for redundancy and safety. This code indicates that the signal voltage returning from the secondary potentiometer (circuit #2) has fallen below the minimum acceptable threshold. This condition is typically caused by an open circuit, a short to ground in the wiring harness, or an internal failure of the potentiometer itself.

   Remove the armrest trim panels and visually inspect the wiring harness leading to the hand throttle assembly for chafed wires, pinched harnesses, or disconnected plugs.

   Disconnect the hand throttle potentiometer and inspect the pins for corrosion, moisture, or pushed-out terminals.

   Using a multimeter, verify that the potentiometer is receiving its 5V reference signal and has a solid ground from the Armrest Controller.

   Check the signal wire for circuit #2 for continuity back to the Armrest Controller, ensuring there is no short to ground or open circuit.

   Back-probe the sensor and perform a sweep test by monitoring the voltage output while slowly moving the hand throttle lever. The voltage should scale smoothly and linearly without dropping out or showing dead spots.
