The signal voltage from the EHR #1 lever has exceeded the maximum expected threshold. This typically indicates a short to power (such as a short to the 5V reference wire), an open ground circuit on the sensor wiring, or an internal failure of the lever's potentiometer.

   Check the EHR 1 lever (typically the green lever, designated for the right-hand outer valve) for physical binding, damage, or failure to return to the neutral position.

   Access the tractor's instrumentation display or H9 diagnostic menu to monitor the live voltage reading of the EHR 1 lever potentiometer. Observe if the voltage is pegged high or spikes erratically when the lever is moved.

   Inspect the wiring harness and PCB connectors under the armrest console. Check the three wires going to the EHR 1 lever (5V reference, signal, and ground) for chafing, corrosion, or loose pins. Test for an open ground circuit, which is a common cause of a voltage too high reading.

   Attempt an EHR lever calibration via the tractor's instrumentation menus. Ensure all EHR levers are in the neutral position before starting the calibration sequence. If the module cannot complete the calibration for Lever 1, the lever assembly is likely faulty.

   Turn off the engine, lower all implements to the ground, and relieve hydraulic pressure in the system.

   Disconnect the tractor's battery to prevent electrical shorts during disassembly.

   Remove the necessary trim panels and covers on the armrest console to access the EHR lever pod assembly.

   Locate the EHR 1 lever (usually the green lever).

   Disconnect the electrical PCB harness connector from the faulty EHR 1 lever.
