New Holland ARMRE 9015 – ARM (Armrest Controller / Arm Rest Module): Controller Memory Error - Loss of Trans switches Configuration

The controller has lost the saved configuration data for the transmission switches. This is typically caused by a memory defect within the controller itself or an intermittent power/ground connection causing memory loss.

   Inspect the wiring harness to ensure the Armrest Controller has a solid, uninterrupted connection to the battery (specifically check connector C137)

   Verify that the controller is properly grounded

   Shut down the tractor completely and restart it to see if the error is a temporary glitch

   Make sure the controller has a good connection (C137) to the battery and is properly grounded.

   Power Cycle

   Shut down the tractor and restart.

   Recalibrate

   Access the Armrest Controller menus and calibrate the "TRANS" (Transmission) menu to rewrite the switch configuration to the module's memory.

   Test

   Operate the machine. If the ARM 9015 fault code appears again after a successful calibration, the internal memory is permanently defective.

   Replace the Armrest Controller.
