Issue description
The electronic controller is receiving a voltage signal from the 7th rear remote hydraulic valve actuator that is lower than the acceptable minimum threshold. This condition typically points to an open circuit, a short to ground in the wiring harness, or a failed internal potentiometer/position transducer within the remote valve actuator itself.

Check the cause
Visual Inspection: Inspect the wiring harness routing to the Rear Remote Valve No. 7 at the rear hydraulic stack. Look for chafed wires, pinched harnesses, or melted insulation.
Connector Check: Disconnect the electrical connector at the No. 7 remote valve. Check for water ingress, corrosion, pushed-back pins, or damaged terminals.
Voltage & Ground Test: With the key ON, use a multimeter to verify that the valve is receiving the correct reference voltage and has a solid ground.
Continuity/Short Test: Measure the signal wire from the valve connector back to the EHR controller. Verify there is continuity (no open circuit) and ensure the signal wire is not shorted to ground.
Component Swap: If the wiring tests good, temporarily swap the electrical connection with an adjacent known-good remote valve (e.g., No. 6) to see if the fault code follows the valve or stays with the wiring circuit. If the code changes to the other valve, the valve actuator is faulty.

Safety First
Park the tractor on a level surface, lower all implements, relieve hydraulic system pressure, and turn off the engine. Disconnect the battery.
Access the Valve Stack
Locate the rear remote valve stack at the rear of the tractor and identify valve section No. 7.
Disconnect Electrical & Hydraulics
Unplug the electrical connector from the faulty remote valve actuator. Clean the area around the hydraulic fittings to prevent contamination, then disconnect the hydraulic lines attached to that specific valve section.
Remove the Valve
Remove the tie-bolts or mounting hardware securing the remote valve section to the hydraulic stack. Carefully slide the faulty valve section out.
Install the New Valve
Lubricate the O-rings on the new remote valve section with clean hydraulic oil. Slide the new valve into the stack and torque the tie-bolts to the manufacturer's specified torque.
Reassemble
Reconnect the hydraulic lines and plug in the electrical connector.
Test and Calibrate
Reconnect the battery, start the tractor, and check for hydraulic leaks. Use the tractor's display or a diagnostic service tool to clear the EHR 4319 fault code. Perform the remote valve calibration procedure as outlined in the OEM service manual to ensure the EHR controller learns the new valve's spool travel limits.
