New Holland EHR 4320 – EHR: Rear Remote No.7 - Over Voltage
Issue description
The system has detected an abnormally high electrical voltage on the circuit responsible for controlling the 7th rear remote hydraulic valve.

Check the cause
Check if the tractor battery is currently connected to an external power supply (such as a high-output battery charger or jump box) that might be feeding excessive voltage into the system.
Test the tractor's alternator and voltage regulator to ensure the charging system is not overcharging the electrical system.
If system voltage is normal, inspect EHR valve #7 for a short or internal failure.
Repair steps
Verify Power Sources
Ensure no external power supplies or jump-starters are connected to the tractor's battery.
Test Alternator Output
Start the tractor and use a multimeter to check the voltage at the battery terminals. If the voltage exceeds normal operating limits (typically above 14.5V - 15V), diagnose and replace the alternator or voltage regulator.
Inspect/Replace the Valve
If the tractor's system voltage is within spec, the internal circuitry of Rear Remote Valve #7 has failed. Remove the faulty valve section from the rear hydraulic stack and install a replacement EHR valve.
Clear and Calibrate
Once the physical cause has been rectified, use a diagnostic tool to clear the EHR 4320 error code. Test the hydraulic system to ensure normal operation.
