This fault code indicates that the Engine Control Module is receiving a vehicle speed signal (often from the transmission speed sensor, tachograph, or via the CAN bus) that does not make logical sense when compared to other operating parameters (such as engine RPM, gear selection, or wheel speed). This implausible signal usually points to a failing speed sensor, a damaged sensor tip, or a wiring harness issue.
