   Preparation

   Disconnect the machine's battery. Clean the area around the valve cover and fuel lines to prevent dirt from entering the fuel system.

   Access the Injector

   Remove any necessary engine covers or the valve cover to access the Cylinder 4 fuel injector.

   Disconnect Lines

   Disconnect the electrical connector from the Cylinder 4 injector. Carefully loosen and remove the high-pressure fuel line connected to the injector. Cap the fuel rail fitting to prevent contamination.

   Remove the injector hold-down clamp/bolt. Carefully pull the injector out of the cylinder head bore.

   Bleed the Fuel System

   Ensure the tractor has adequate fuel. It may be necessary to 'crack' open the injector line nuts and crank the engine to purge air from the system before tightening them down.

   Programming

   Reconnect the battery. Note that new common-rail injectors often require their specific calibration codes (IQA codes) to be programmed into the Engine ECU using a diagnostic tool. Clear the ENG 3082 fault code and test run the machine.
