Indicates a critical internal failure or unclassifiable fault related to the Bank 2 injector circuit or the engine controller's internal processing. It is often triggered by a clock error or an interruption of the power supply voltage within the module.

   Check the engine wiring harness specifically routing to the Bank 2 injectors for chafing, shorts to ground, or open circuits

   Check the power supply voltage to the ECU, ensuring stable battery voltage and no interruptions or voltage drops at the ECU power pins

   Verify the injection signals using an oscilloscope or diagnostic tool to ensure the ECU is attempting to fire the Bank 2 injectors

   Inspect and test the wiring harness and injection signals for Bank 2.
