The CY33X is a specific internal processor chip located inside the Engine Control Unit (ECU) that manages the power stages for the fuel injectors. This fault code indicates that the ECU has detected an internal hardware failure, a loss of clock synchronization, or an internal voltage drop/reset directly affecting this injector processor chip.

   Check the machine's battery voltage and the main power supply/ground circuits to the ECU to ensure a low-voltage event isn't causing the chip to reset.

   Switch ON the ignition.

   Using the Electronic Service Tool (EST) or Smart Tester, clear the ECU fault codes.

   Switch OFF the ignition key and wait for exactly 2 minutes to allow the ECU to power down completely.

   Re-check the service tool to see if the fault code returns.
