This code indicates that the voltage signal coming from the secondary track (Sensor 2) of the foot accelerator pedal potentiometer is exceeding the maximum expected threshold. A "Signal Too High" condition typically means the sensor has internally shorted to a power source, the ground circuit is open/broken, or the wiring harness is shorted to voltage.

   Sensor Sweep Test: Back-probe the pedal connector or use a CNH Electronic Service Tool (EST) to monitor the voltage of Foot Pedal 1 and Foot Pedal 2 while slowly depressing the pedal.
