   Verify Injector Programming: Using the New Holland Electronic Service Tool (EST) / Easy-Engine software, check the injector calibration code programmed into the ECU for cylinder #2.

   Physical Verification: Visually inspect injector #2 and compare the alphanumeric code stamped on the injector body with the code currently programmed in the ECU.

   Wiring Check: Ensure the harness and connectors to injector #2 are secure and undamaged.

   Connect Diagnostic Tool

   Hook up the EST to the machine's diagnostic port.

   Compare Codes

   Read the injector code for cylinder 2 in the software and compare it to the physical code on the injector.

   Reprogram if Incorrect

   If the code in the ECU does not match the physical injector (often caused by a previous replacement where the ECU was not flashed, or a flashing error), use the EST to program the correct code. Clear the fault and test run the machine.

   If the programmed code already matches the physical injector perfectly, the injector has an internal defect and must be replaced.
