This code indicates that the control system is receiving an illogical, inconsistent, or "implausible" signal from the operator seat safety switch. This typically happens when the switch state conflicts with other machine inputs (e.g., the machine is moving or the seatbelt is fastened, but the seat switch indicates no one is sitting in the seat), or if the switch signal is rapidly fluctuating due to a poor connection or internal failure.

   Visually inspect the area under the seat suspension and cushion for debris, dirt, or tools that may prevent the switch from fully depressing or releasing.

   Inspect the wiring harness leading to the seat switch for chafing, pinching, or breaking.

   Unplug the seat switch and inspect the 2-pin connector for moisture, corrosion, or loose terminals.

   Use a multimeter to test the 2-pin Normally Closed seat switch for continuity. Verify a clean change in state when weight is applied and removed. If the resistance fluctuates or the switch sticks, it must be replaced.

   Park the machine on a level surface, lower the boom completely, turn off the engine, and disconnect the negative battery cable.

   Ensure the machine is safe to work on before beginning repairs.

   Access the seat switch.

   Depending on the specific seat option (mechanical vs. air suspension), you may need to lift the seat cushion or tilt the cab forward to access the underside of the seat base.

   Locate the seat safety switch on the seat rail/suspension assembly and disconnect the 2-pin electrical connector.

   Unbolt or unclip the faulty seat switch from its mounting bracket.
