New Holland INST 10037 – INST (Instrumentation / Instrument Cluster): Controller Memory Error - Loss of Implement Width information

The controller has experienced a memory defect or intermittent power loss, causing it to lose the saved calibration data regarding the width of the attached implement.

   Verify that the performance monitor controller has a solid, clean connection to the battery, specifically at connector C062

   Ensure the controller is properly grounded, as an intermittent ground can cause memory loss

   Check the current implement width calibration settings in the performance monitor display

   Inspect and clean connector C062

   Inspect and clean connector C062, ensuring the battery supply and ground circuits are secure and free of corrosion.

   Reset calibration settings

   Access the performance monitor and manually reset/reconfigure the implement width calibration settings.

   Clear fault code

   Clear the fault code from the system.

   Restart ignition

   Shut down the tractor completely, then restart the ignition.

   Monitor and replace if necessary

   Monitor the system. If the INST 10037 fault code appears again after the restart, the controller has a permanent internal memory defect and the performance monitor must be replaced.
