Check the cause
Perform an interactive switch test via the tractor's diagnostic menu (e.g., menu H5) to verify if the controller receives the switch signal
Check the wiring harness connecting the raise/work switch to the central controller for continuity, open circuits, or shorts to ground/power
Verify the central controller (XCM) functionality if the switch and harness both test normal
Repair steps
Turn off the tractor and ensure the hydraulic system is safe and lowered.
Access the command arm or side control console where the fast raise/work switch is mounted.
Carefully remove the console trim or switch bezel to expose the switch body and wiring.
Disconnect the wiring harness connector from the faulty raise/work switch.
Remove the faulty switch (sender) from the panel.
Install the replacement switch into the console and reconnect the wiring harness.
Reassemble the command arm or control console trim.
Turn the tractor on, clear the stored error code from the diagnostic menu, and test the hydraulic lift system to ensure normal operation.
