This code indicates that the two signals coming from the accelerator pedal (foot throttle sensor) do not match. Because the redundant signals are contradictory, the Engine Control Module (ECM) cannot determine the true throttle position.

   Inspect the wiring harness and connectors leading to the foot throttle sensor for chafing, corrosion, or loose pins
