This code indicates that the signal voltage coming from the potentiometer that controls the hydraulic flow rate for the 4th auxiliary remote valve (AUX 4) has fallen outside of the expected operating parameters (either failed high or failed low).

   Check for related voltage codes (NH 4040 or NH 4041) which indicate a shared 5V supply issue or bad ground in the armrest rather than a failed potentiometer
