Indicates an internal memory or checksum error within the electronic control unit of the #3 rear remote valve. When the system fails to verify the memory checksum, it triggers this code and typically forces the valve into a failsafe mode.

   Attempt to clear the fault code using the tractor's diagnostic interface to rule out a transient voltage spike that may have temporarily corrupted the memory.

   Check the tractor's system voltage, as unstable voltage (under-voltage or over-voltage) can cause EEPROM checksum errors.

   Inspect the EHR Control Valve Wire Harness connecting to the #3 remote valve for corrosion, moisture ingress, or damaged pins that could interrupt CAN communication.

   Depressurize

   Turn off the tractor, disconnect the battery, and relieve all hydraulic pressure from the rear remotes.

   Disconnect

   Unplug the electrical harness connector from the #3 rear remote valve section.

   Remove

   Unbolt the tie-rods/mounting bolts holding the rear remote stack together and carefully remove the faulty #3 remote valve section.

   Install

   Insert the replacement EHR valve section and torque the stack bolts to OEM specifications. Reconnect the hydraulic lines and the electrical harness.

   Reprogramming

   Use the tractor's diagnostic interface (or armrest display, depending on the model) to program the new valve's processor so it identifies itself as 'Valve No. 3'.

   Calibration

   Perform an EHR calibration procedure to teach the system the neutral, extend, and retract set points of the new spool.
