   Inspect the No. 4 EHR motor mode switch (located on the armrest or right-hand side console) for physical damage, sticking, or liquid intrusion.

   Access the wiring harness beneath the switch and check the connector for loose pins, corrosion, or disconnected wires.

   Using a multimeter, test the switch for continuity to ensure it is not stuck open or shorted to ground.

   Check the wiring harness between the switch and the DU Module / EHR controller for continuity and ensure there are no shorts to 12V power or ground.

   Power Down

   Turn off the tractor, remove the key, and disconnect the negative battery cable to prevent electrical shorts.

   Remove the retaining screws and carefully lift the trim panel on the armrest or side console where the EHR controls are housed.

   Unplug the electrical harness connector from the faulty No. 4 motor mode switch.
