New Holland SFA 10006 – Front Suspension module / ATC: Front suspension will not raise error.

This indicates that the system is commanding the front axle suspension cylinder to lift, but the suspension is failing to reach the set point or raise at all.

   Check the radar ground speed sensor for erratic signals, which can cause the transmission to default to 0 mph and keep the suspension locked.

   Check the front suspension lock valve to verify if the lockout solenoid valve is stuck 'on' or 'off' (look for related codes 155/156 or 10001/10009).

   Check the system hydraulic pressure and verify the front axle suspension system relief valve pressure is at 210 bar.

   Check for related solenoid or sensor codes, such as 10002, 10003, 10004 (Raise/Lower solenoid open circuit or shorted to ground) and 10004/10005 (Front Suspension Position sensor out of range).

   Test the Radar Sensor Bypass

   Unplug the radar electrical connector. If the suspension suddenly unlocks and begins to work normally, the radar sensor is faulty and must be replaced.

   Depressurize the System

   Ensure the tractor is parked safely. Locate the screw of the load sense unload valve on the suspension valve block. Rotate it clockwise to depressurize the suspension system and allow the tractor to lower completely onto the support stops. Disconnect the battery.

   Inspect and Replace Valves

   Inspect the front suspension control valve block, specifically the lockout solenoid valve and the raise/lower solenoids. Replace any stuck valves or damaged caps.

   Perform a Front Suspension Calibration

   After replacing parts or clearing the fault, the suspension must be recalibrated. Method 1: Use the Electronic Service Tool (EST). Method 2 (Dash): Start the engine. Push and hold the 'PROG' key for two seconds within the first ten seconds after starting the tractor. A short beep will indicate the calibration menu is accessed.
