This code indicates that the Armrest Controller is either not receiving a valid signal from the EDC Transport Lock switch, or the switch/circuit itself has failed.

   Inspect the EDC Transport Lock switch/button on the armrest console for physical damage, sticking, or debris preventing it from fully engaging.

   Verify if there are other codes present (such as ARU CAN Bus off or other armrest switch faults) to determine if the issue is the ARU itself or its main harness connection.

   Access the underside of the armrest console, disconnect the EDC panel/switch, and check the wiring harness between the switch and the Armrest Controller for continuity, shorts to ground, or broken wires.

   Use a multimeter to test the transport lock switch for proper open/closed continuity when toggled.

   Power Down

   Turn off the tractor, remove the key, and disconnect the battery to prevent electrical shorts.

   Access the Armrest

   Remove the retaining screws and trim panels on the right-hand armrest console to expose the ARU and EDC control panel.

   Isolate the EDC Panel

   Locate the EDC Transport Lock switch (on many models, this is integrated directly into the EDC Command Unit or joystick assembly).

   Disconnect and Replace
