Issue description
This code indicates that the transmission controller is detecting electrical current flowing through the Odd Clutch Solenoid circuit even when the controller has not commanded the solenoid to activate (the driver circuit is "off"). This points to an electrical short circuit to a 12-volt power source, either within the wiring harness or internally inside the solenoid coil itself.

Check the cause
Trace the wiring harness from the Transmission Control Unit to the Odd Clutch Solenoid on the transmission valve block. Look for chafed wires, melted insulation, or pinched areas where the solenoid's power or ground wire might be rubbing against a +12V power source.
Disconnect the electrical connector at the Odd Clutch Solenoid. Inspect the pins for corrosion, moisture, or bent terminals that could be bridging the circuit to power.
With the tractor key ON (but engine off) and the solenoid disconnected, use a multimeter to probe the harness side of the connector. If +12V is present on the signal wire when the transmission is in neutral/park (driver off), the short is in the wiring harness.
If the wiring tests fine, measure the resistance of the Odd Clutch Solenoid coil itself. An internal short in the coil will cause it to draw improper current, triggering the code.
Repair steps
Safety First
Park the tractor on a level surface, engage the parking brake, turn off the engine, and remove the key.
Locate the Solenoid
Locate the transmission control valve block on the side of the transmission. Identify the Odd Clutch Solenoid (refer to your specific model's transmission lube and distribution tube diagram to ensure you are pulling the "Odd" clutch solenoid and not the Even, C1, C3, or C5 solenoids).
Clean the Area
Thoroughly clean the area around the solenoid on the valve block to prevent dirt or debris from entering the hydraulic system.
Remove the Solenoid
Unplug the electrical connector. Unbolt/unscrew the Odd Clutch Solenoid from the valve block and carefully pull it out.
Install the New Solenoid
Lubricate the new O-rings with clean transmission fluid and install them on the new solenoid. Insert the new solenoid into the valve block and tighten to the OEM torque specification.
Test
Reconnect the electrical connector. Clear the TRANS 2352 fault code using a diagnostic tool or the tractor's onboard diagnostic menu. Start the tractor and test the transmission through its gears to ensure the code does not return.
