The Worm Gear SG040 is a compact drive with a cast aluminum housing, a case-hardened worm gear shaft, and a bronze worm gear. It has an electric motor flange adapter on the drive side and a hollow shaft on the output side. Compatible with a size 63 electric motor with a B5 flange, it has gear ratios from 7.5 to 100 and is used for conveyor belts, lifting and rotary tables, and reel drives for hoses. A torque arm is used as an anti-twist device, and it uses synthetic oil for lifetime lubrication.
