The Worm Gear SG050 is a compact drive with a cast aluminum housing, a case-hardened worm gear shaft, and a bronze worm gear. It features an electric motor flange adapter on the drive side and a hollow shaft on the output side. It uses synthetic oil for lifetime lubrication and has transmission ratios ranging from 7.5 to 100. A torque arm can be used as an anti-rotation device. The dynamic efficiency is 0.89 at 1400 rpm, and the static efficiency is 0.79 at the same speed. It is used for conveyor belts, lifting and rotating tables, and reel drives for hoses.
