The Worm Gear SG075 is a compact drive with a cast aluminum housing, a case-hardened worm gear shaft, and a bronze worm gear. It has an electric motor flange adapter on the drive side for IEC B5 size 80 motors and a hollow shaft D28H7 with an 8 slot on the output side. It has transmission ratios from 7.5 to 100 and is used for conveyor belts, lifting and rotating tables, and reel drives for hoses. Its efficiency, which is dependent on temperature, speed, transmission ratio, and load, is 0.82 dynamic and 0.67 static at 1400 rpm, and it does not have complete self-locking.
