The Worm Gear SG075 is a compact drive with a cast aluminum housing, a case-hardened worm gear shaft, and a bronze worm gear. It has an electric motor flange adapter on the drive side and a hollow shaft on the output side, and is designed for use with size 71 electric motors with a B5 flange. It has gear ratios from 7.5 to 100, and is used for conveyor belts, lifting and rotary tables, and reel drives for hoses. The dynamic efficiency is 0.65 and the static efficiency is 0.42 at 1400 rpm.
