NEW GENERATION "neXt" ENGINE HRX 537C5 VKE is one of the most modern lawnmowers equipped with the latest four-stroke Honda engine from the GCVx series designed with the future in mind and meeting expectations for lawn care machines well in advance. The engine with greater power and torque significantly improves the mowing and grass collection process. It is also even more environmentally friendly, as it meets European EURO5 emission standards with a large margin and the more stringent American CARB and EPA standards, thanks to the use of stable combustion technology (SCT), which results in more efficient and cleaner combustion. GCVx is also equipped with an improved auto-choke system ACS which ensures easier engine starting and comfortable operation, as well as a new design muffler with a cover that significantly reduces high-frequency sounds. Also with the user of the lawnmower in mind, engine maintenance has been made easier, so that refueling, oil changes or air filter replacement are easy to perform.
SELECT DRIVE™ This new unique mowing speed control system allows adjustment of travel speed in the range from 0 to 6.4 km/h, providing great convenience and comfort of work. The innovative design of the SELECT DRIVE™ system allows the user to precisely select the mowing speed by turning the ergonomically placed knob, and the drive is engaged by pressing the drive lever. After pressing the lever, the control panel becomes an integral part of the lawnmower handle, providing more comfort during work.
HONDA MICROCUT SYSTEM® The special twin blade cutting system enables excellent quality cutting and allows achieving a high degree of clippings shredding. The leading upper blade performs the basic cut, and the lower blade cuts the clippings into smaller pieces. The clippings then circulating inside the housing are further shredded. The effect of this system is more precise shredding and 30% better bag filling than in the case of a single blade system.
HONDA VERSAMOW® SYSTEM This is a unique Honda solution enabling collecting into the bag, discharging or mulching grass or leaves without any additional parts or tools. Using the Clip Director™ lever, the lawnmower user decides how much of the clippings will be collected into the bag, and how much will be shredded and left on the lawn surface as mulch, to soon turn into natural fertilizer.
