This bearing supports the rotating shaft in the ejector section of the threshing mechanism. It is positioned at the point where chopped material is thrown from the rotor to the discharge spout. A worn bearing produces vibration and misalignment in the shaft, which can lead to uneven material flow and increased stress on the drive belt. As an original-manufacturer component, FAG produces this bearing to the same internal clearance and raceway geometry as the part it replaces, so no shimming or housing modification is required during installation.
